The customer is always responsible for their own shipping costs.
Make arrangements as soon as your final payment clears our bank.
The final 50% payment is due when your job is completed, not upon pick-up.
We have limited storage space. Once an order is finished another takes its place.

Make shipping arrangements ASAP to avoid off-site storage fees.
After 2 weeks following completion a weekly storage fee will be added.
As much as $500.00 weekly charge for storage at another site.

Picking up your own siding order at Pioneer Log Siding is discouraged because:

Using a commercial hauler gives you insured, worry-free shipping, without travel
hassles or Colorado sales tax. If you choose self-pickup, you’ll need a flatbed
trailer (like a “hot shot”) with no wheel wells or side walls. We can not hand-load
or use forklifts on trailers that don’t meet safety requirements. Ultimately,
DIY pickup often costs as much as a hauler, plus an 8.66% tax
applies to all Colorado orders.

You're better off with a professional shipper.
